BMRI updated the original ERP in Technical Revision 21 (TR-021), and has,
again, updated the ERP to reflect recent changes in the configuration of activities at the San Luis
Project.
3.0 MAPS
Relevant maps showing historical conditions at the San Luis Project were included as Figure 1 of
the Stormwater Management Plan and associated mine plan maps that can be found in Exhibit C
of CMLRB Mine Permit M-112-88.
The attached map shows the current configuration of facilities at the site since the
implementation of the TR-015 Response Plan and portions of the water management plan as
presented in TR-026 (Plate 1). Specific locations where "designated chemicals, toxic or acid-
forming materials, which will be used, stored, handled, exposed, disturbed or disposed of within
the permit azea, and existing or potential sources of acid mine drainage" occur aze shown in [he
map detail sections. Currently there aze two localities within the permit azea that require such
identification in the EPP: (1) the fuel tank farm and (2) the West Pit water treatmenrt facility.
•
Bo!!(e Moursmin Resources, lnc.
