I. Dischagt Monitorine Reports -Tables V-I, V-2, V-3, and V-4 summarize the ejJlucnt data reported on the
monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (OMRs) for OutfalLs 023, 003, 022, and 024 respectively, from the
CEC facility from January 1992 to December 1992. !n the monthly submined DMRs, the permittee
indicated that no discharge had occurred during 1992 from Outfalis 004, 007, 009, 011, 012, 013,014,
015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, and 021. These discharges consist of surface runoff from post mining
"~ Limit reflects 30~ay average. Average, minimum, and maximum flows were determined from the 30-day average flaws
reported. The permittee is also required to report instantaneous maximums. Highest value reported was 0.0052
MGD.
at Limit is a 7day average and average, minimum, and maximum concentrations were determined from reported 7-day
overage concentrations.
"' Limit is a 30-day average and average, mininuan, and maximum concentrations were determined from reported 30-day
average concentrations.
"~ Limit is a 7day geometric mean and average, minimum, and maximum reported concentrations were determined from
reported 7-ttay geometric mean concentrations
"' Limit is daily maximum, reported concentrations for the 7-day average and daily ma:imam were all <0.1 mg/l.
"~ Limit it an instantaneous maximum No analyses were run since no visual oil sheen was observed.
~' Limit is a minimum and maximum limitation. Average, minimum, and maximum were determined from reported
minimum and maximum values.
'"' Permit requires the reporting of a 90-day average. Average, minimum, and maximxm concentrations were determined
from the reported St7-day average concentrations.
