COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Water Quality Control Division <br />Raionale -Page 21, Pcmut No. CO-0034142 <br />The evaluation jor this permit shows that the Water Quality Control Comnussion, during their proceedings to adopt <br />the Classf~ation and Numeric Standards for the Lower Colorado River Basin, considered economic <br />reasonableness. <br />Furthermore, this it not a new discharger and no new information has been presented regarding the classifications <br />and standards. Therefore, the water quality standard-based ejJluent !imitations of this permit are determined ro be <br />reasonably related to the economic, environmental, public health and energy impacts to the public and affected <br />persons and rue in furthtrance of the policies stt forth in Sections 15-8-102 and 104. Ij the permiaee disagrees <br />with this finding, pursuant ro 6.12.0(2)(6) the perminee should submit all pertinent .information to the Division <br />during the public notice period. <br />B.
