This plan may be revoked or modified et any time should N be detemdned that <br />injury to other vested water rights has or wNl occur as a result of the operetbn <br />of this plan. <br />18. Should this substitute water supply plan expire without renewal ar be revoked <br />prior to adjudication of a perrr~nent plan for augmentation, alt use of ground <br />water must cease immediatey. <br />17.
