A well permk must be obtained for the current use and exposed pond surface area for the Tanabe Pit, Dunes Devebpment Site and Stagecoach Stop Property and for the production well that wUl be used for process water ai the Stagecoach Stop property. The provisions of Colorado Revised Statute 37- 90-137(2) prohibks the issuance of a pennk for a well to be located within 800 feet of any existing well, unless the State Engineer finds that rtircumstanrros so warrant after a hearing held In accordance with the procedural rules in 2CCR402-5. Thy hearing maybe waived if you are able to obtain statements from the owners of all wells wittun 800 feet, verifying that they have no objecfion to your use of the proposed wall.
