Facility Inspetrwns: The permittee will be required to make a thorough inspenion of their stormwater <br />management system, at least twice per year (in the spring and fall). These inspections must be <br />documented and summarized in the annual report to the Division. (See Parr l.D.4 of the permit.) <br />c. Sampling: Sampling and resting of stormwater for specific parameters is not required on a routine basis <br />under thin permit. Howtur, the Division reserves the right to require sampling and testing beyond this, <br />on a case-by-case basis, at any facility mvrred by this pernut, in the evem that three it reason to suspect <br />that rompliance with the SWMP is a problem, or to measure the effectiveness of the B1TPs in removing <br />pollutants in the ejlluem. <br />d. Employtt Edutwtion: The pnmittee shall deubp and impkmem employee education programs to inform <br />personnel at all kveir of responsibility of the romponems and goals of the SWMP. <br />C. (Sae Part LD.10 of <br />the permit.) <br />Process Water Dischar¢ers: For permittees rovrred under Parr LB of the permit, the previous permit required <br />submittal of a Disefiarge Monitoring Report (DMR) on an annual basis. However, this is not fregtam enough <br />to effeaiuly monitor rompliancr with the permit 6y the Division. Therefore, ronsistem with most other <br />general pronss water permits issued by the Division, submittal of the DMR jot pronss wmers shall be <br />required on a quarterly basis jot those facilities mvcred under Parr LB of the permit. <br />For facilities nor allowed to discharge process weer, a report on whether or not a drschar8e of process water <br />has taken plaor at the facility is required, in letter form, on an annual basis. <br />2. Stormwatn Disehareers: As outlined under Parr LD.4 of the pmnit, an annual report must be submitted to <br />the Division, rowing January 1 through December 31, on the ouroll rompliann with the SWMP. <br />The annual report will be drre to the Division on or before February IS of each year (after the frrsl fu/1 year of <br />courage under the permit; e.g., if a facility is ratified under the permit on November 1, 1993, the first <br />annual report will be due by February I5, 1995). The enact due date for the permittee's filar annual report <br />will be listed in their permit miification. In no case will an annual report be due before February 15, 1994, <br />unless specifically directed by the Division. The Division reserves the right to require additional information <br />in the report, on a case-by-case basis, as needed. <br />3. Reoortinr of Data - Al! Permittees: <br />The mailing address for the Division is changing from that in the previous permit.
