<br />a. That the total amount of water diverted through <br />all of applicant's points of diversion at any time not <br />exceed the amount decreed to tkie Vulcan Ditch. <br />b. Applicant shall operate its development by means <br />of a central water and sewer system, supplemented by Vulcan <br />Ditch diversions as described in paragraph 5 of the Findings <br />of Fact hereof. <br />c. That applicant's depletion of the Colorado River <br />and Canyon Creek, pursuant to the exercise of the rights <br />described herein, not exceed 440 acre feet per year, <br />and that applicant's consumptive use of water for all <br />purposes be determined by the following formula:' <br />[0.0118 acre-feet x A] + [1.0 acre feet/acre x B] + <br />[2.0 acre feet/acre x C] + D = 440 acre feet <br />where A is the total number of residential equivalent <br />units; B is the surface area in acres calculated at the <br />design high water level of the sewage effluent storage <br />pond; C is the total number of acres of lawn, landscape <br />or other irrigation supplied by the central water system <br />and the number of acres of historic hay meadow continued <br />in irrigation, each year; and D is the total yearly amount, <br />in acre feet, of any other consumptive uses. <br />At the request of the Division Engineer, the Denver Water ' <br />Board or the Colorado River Water Conservation District, <br />applicant shall supply evidence establishing the values <br />of the variables used in the said equation. <br />d. Applicant shall not divert more water at any <br />time at its new alternate points of diversion and at its <br />historic points of diversion combined than would have been <br />available to it at the historic point of diversion. Ap- <br />plicant shall install measuring devices, continuous re- <br />corders and ditch turnouts in tt~e headgate of the Vulcan <br />Ditch or in Canyon Creek ,just upstream therefrom, sufficient <br />in the opinion of the Division Engineer to permit the ad- <br />ministration with respect to historic availability, and <br />sufficient to guarantee the delivery of water to the mainstem <br />of the Colorado Fiver in the amount of the, water being pumped <br />at the alternate points of diversion. <br />-6- <br />
