Settleable <br />solids limitations are primary limitations for outfalls 004A and 007A. Relief is only available when the exceedance is caused <br />by urecioitation; relief is not available to spoils spring water. <br />a. For rainfall to waive settleable solids limitations, it is necessary to prove that discharge occurred within 48 hows after <br />precipitation has stopped. <br />b. For snowmelt to waive settleable solids limitations, it is necessary to prove that dischazge occurred within 48 hows after <br />pond inflow has stopped. <br />To claim an exemption in the event of a precipitation even[ or snowmel[, the permit[ee shall submit adequate proof ,including <br />proof that discharge was caused by precipitation, as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the <br />
