Effluent Limitations <br />Permit # CO-0032638 <br />Page 3 <br />PARTI <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date, the pernuttee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls 004A, 007A, MONI and MON2. The MONI and MON2 outfalls are for parameters [hat are monitor <br />only to collect data for a reasonable potential analysis, These outfalls are located at the same point as 004A and 007A for <br />MONI and MON2 respectively. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Secfion 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />Outtall 004A <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow, Effluent, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids (TSS), mg/l <br />pH, s.u.
