State Samoline: There are no state sampling results available for this facility. <br />B. Compliance With Terms and Conditions of Previous Permit <br />I. Effluent Limitafions: The facility has had exceedances of the WET Limitations at both outfalls, all of which occurred in <br />2004. Documentation was submitted showing [hat the WET failures were due to TDS. As shown in Tables V-1 and V-2, <br />the facility is also in exceedance of the allowed tons per day discharge of total dissolved solids. The total amount of TDS <br />discharged between the hvo outfalls is over 10 tons per day. The "Colorado River Salinity Standards ", Regulation No. <br />39, sets the amount of TDS discharge at 1 ton per day or 365 tons per year, or 500 mg/1. However, in 1996 treatment for <br />TDS was determined to be economically unfeasible <br />
