Transfer of Ownersh'_o or Oontroi <br />A permit may be transferred to a new permittze if: <br />a) The current permittze nccifies the Division in writing 30 days <br />in advance of the proposed crarsfer date; and <br />b) The rocice includes a written agreement between the axiscing <br />and new permictees containing a specific data for transfer of <br />permit responsibility, coverage and liability beraeen them; and <br />c) The current permi*_tee has met all fee requirements of the Scata <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.'_6.0. <br />4, Availabili*_•: of Reports <br />Except for data determined to be confidential under Section 308 of <br />the Federal Clean Water Act and Regulations for the State Disciarg=_ <br />Permit System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared in accordance with tie <br />terms of this permit shall be available for public inspection ac the <br />offices of the Stata Wacar Qualit;r Control Division and the <br />Environmental Proceccion Agency. <br />5.
