The first Division informational letter sent to you, dated <br />October 15, 2004, contained thirteen items. Therefore, this letter begins with item number 14. <br />The attached information includes the following: <br />14. Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology October 26, 2004 inspection report. <br />15. Permit Exhibit 8 pages EXH-8-6, EXH-8-9 and EXH-8-10 from Volume III-Dischazge <br />Hydrology for Ponds C and D. <br />16. Permit text pages App-B-S and App-B-7 of Appendix B from Volume IX- Dischazge <br />Hydrology for the Pond F Design. <br />17. 1999 and 2000 Annual Hydrology Report pages for Fire Mountain Canal water <br />monitoring stations FMC-low and FMC-up. <br />18. 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000 Annual Hydrology Report pages for Deer Trail Ditch water <br />monitoring stations Deer-low and Deer-up. <br />19. Summary page of 1995-1997 baseline hydrology data for Deer Trail Ditch water <br />monitoring station Deer-Up <br />Please note that the Fire Mountain Canal was added to the list of surface water monitoring sites <br />in 1999.
