This amendment entered into on ~ ~ ~ LOOJ by the Bureau of Land
Management and OXY USA WTP LP, is hereby issued under Title V of the Federal
Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1701, 1761-1771).
The purpose of this amendment is to authorize use, maintenance, or
improvement of existing access roads approximately 10,050 feet in length and
50 feet in width, and widening, improvement, and maintenance of an existing
two-track road to 50 feet in width, approximately 750 feet in length.
Sec. A. Details of Grant Amendment
1. Location of Amendment: The holder is hereby authorized to use, subject
to the terms, conditions, and stipulations set out below, the
following-described public lands:

2. Description of Amendment: The holder is hereby authorized to use,
improve, or maintain access roads shown in Exhibit A, across the above
described public land.
3. Dimensions of Amendment: The amendment authorized herein shall be for
approximately 10,800 feet in length by 50 feet in width of existing access
road, containing approximately 12.4 acres. A map showing the location of the
amendment across the above-described public land is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
This amendment may be used only for the purposes specified above.
Sec. B. Terms and Conditions
All terms, conditions and stipulations of the original right-of-way grant
dated 03/04/2004, and subsequent amendments, remain in full force and effect.
Stipulations are attached hereto as Exhibit B.
