The county road on the south is Prowers JJ. <br />2. The site is not irrigated. <br />Exhibit B-2 Wildlife Statement <br />1. Enclosed is the Wildlife Statement. We will incorporate <br />portions of their statement that is consistant with the SCS <br />recommendations as requested by you under Exhibit D ~8 below. <br />See also D d~4 below where we will agree to slopes of 3:1 as <br />recc•mmended by both Wildlife and SCS. <br />Exhibit C - Minim Plan <br />1. The access road will not require improvement. <br />2. As stated topsoil stockpiles will be reshaped and seeded. <br />We foresee, no other erosion problems based upon past experi- <br />ence at other locations excavated in the area over many years <br />of cperation. <br />3. As note in the original application, that is our plan. <br />4. Due to the shallow topsoil, barren as previously stated, <br />there will be no overburden. In practice, any fines are <br />replaced on sideslopes as part of the on-going reclamation <br />activity. <br />5. There are no man made structures effected by the proposed <br />activity. <br />6. Dust control has never been a <br />operations in Prowers County.
