4). Power Lines and Telephone Lines. The worst possible consequence of
subsidence would be damage to the utility lines to the extent that service would be
interrupted and the lines replaced. There has been no demonstrated damage nor
diminution of value.
5). The Pump Station #65 and Pump Station #61 and two Stock Ponds. The
worst possible consequence of subsidence to these stnuctures would be damage
requiring replacement of the entire structure.
6). Structures. No other structures lie within the projected zone of subsidence
and 500 foot affected area. The worst possible consequence of subsidence to any
structure would be damage requiring replacement of the entire structure.
(b)(i)(C) Brief description of material subsidence damage or diminution of reasonably
foreseeable use of structures and renewable resource lands resulting from the occurrence
of subsidence related phenomena:
There has been no documented subsidence damage. Potential subsidence damage has
. been discussed under section (b) above.
Basin does not anticipate disturbance to any existing structures or other renewable
resource lands under the currently Proposed Mine Plan. No material damage nor
diminution. of value is expected to occur. Basin Resources will comply with the rules and
regulations of the State of Colorado for any structures constructed subsequent to the date
of this subsidence survey and prior to the completion of measurable subsidence.
2.05.6(~(cl Subsidence Monitoring
Subsidence monitoring stations have been established to determine the effects of mining
on renewable resource areas and to evaluate the effects of controlled subsidence resulting
from longwall mining. These stations are shown on Map 17, Subsidence Monitoring
Stations.
(Revised U9-16-97)
(Revised 0?-18-94)
2.05-54
