1 <br /> <br />' EXHIBIT I <br />SOILS INFORMATION <br />' A. Type, Thickness and Distribution <br />' Practically the entire acreage is classified as P.quolls and Aquents. <br />The Aquolls, which have dark colored surface layers, make up about 65 per- <br />' cent of the unit; and the Aquents, which are lighter colored, make up about <br />25 percent. The remaining 10 percent, located in the Southeast Quarter of <br />' Section 36, is Aquolls and Aquents, flooded and Bankard sandy loam. <br />' These soils typically are no deeper than 48 inches and are underlain <br />by sand and gravel deposits. <br />' <br /> B. Suitability for Plant Growth <br />' These soils have an agricultural land use capability of Class VI and <br /> certainly would not be considered prime or unique.
