G. Exhibit I - Soils Information ~- - -
1. Please provide a soils map which clearly portrays all soil types
found within the permit boundaries.
2. Toyether with a map, the operator must submit a detailed
description of each soil type found on the permit area.
3. Please assess how many acres of each soil type are found in each
phase of the operation, maximum and minimum stripping depths and quality
for use in reclamation.
H. Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs
1. Please provide the caterpillar model number and size for equipment
to be used in reclamation.
2. Please outline how many cubic yards of topsoil and overburden will
6e replaced on each phase together with the haul distance.
3. To minimize the size of the financial warranty, the operator must
commit to a maximum disturbance to exist during operation of this mine.
4. I must point out that the reclamation cost fiyures for 5U acres of
reclamation are extr~~emel~~ low. The staff will review this exhibit based
upon receipt of tt e~equested data.
