Toyether with a map, the operator must submit a detailed <br />description of each soil type found on the permit area. <br />3. Please assess how many acres of each soil type are found in each <br />phase of the operation, maximum and minimum stripping depths and quality <br />for use in reclamation. <br />H. Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />1. Please provide the caterpillar model number and size for equipment <br />to be used in reclamation. <br />2. Please outline how many cubic yards of topsoil and overburden will <br />6e replaced on each phase together with the haul distance. <br />3. To minimize the size of the financial warranty, the operator must <br />commit to a maximum disturbance to exist during operation of this mine. <br />4. I must point out that the reclamation cost fiyures for 5U acres of <br />reclamation are extr~~emel~~ low. The staff will review this exhibit based <br />upon receipt of tt e~equested data. <br />I.
