Daily precipitation <br />measurements are typically recorded at 7:30 a.m. The samples in question were collected at <br />11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. respectively. This information demonstrates that the discharges <br />were sampled within 48 hours after measurable precipitation had stopped. Discharge occurred <br />solely in response to precipitation and as a result, the alternative limitations are applicable. <br />No other exceedences or variances from compliance with the primary effluent limitations <br />occurred during the quarter.
