There was no <br />discharge from this pond at the time of the February 20, 2001 CDMG inspection. <br />Outfall 008A (West Pit Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge from this pond at the time of the Febmary 20, 2001 CDMG inspection. <br />Outfall 009A (Section 16 Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. The Section 16 <br />Pond was not inspected during this quarter by CDMG. <br />Outfall 010 A (Taylor Creek Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge from this pond at the time of [he February 20, 2001 CDMG inspection. <br />Compliance with toles: <br />4.05. I (3) Lt no case shall Federal atd State water quality sumttes, regulations, standards, or effluent <br />limitations be violated. <br />Colowyo Coal Company, L.P. has requested application of Alternate Limits be applied to outfalls <br />OOSA, 006A and OOIA to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) <br />(Colowyo Coal Company, L.P. letter of April 6, 2001). The SS exceedence of Outfall 006A is not <br />a candidate for the alternate limits waiver. <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(ii) See the Rules for the text of this rule. <br />Notice of noncompliance was reported to the Division of Minerals and Geology concurrently with <br />the written notice of noncompliance to CDPHE. <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii} See the Rules for the text of this rule. <br />The reports were submitted to the Division at the same time they were submitted to CDPHE WQD. <br />The reports were submitted on April 6, 2001. <br />
