Harmony is a well Vaveled road since it is one of the main entryways into the City of <br />Fort Collins. The access point on County Road #36 will help reduce the amount of truck traffic <br />on Harmony Road. <br />Plan for DisposaUStorage of Overburdeu, Waste Material or Rubble <br />Topsoil and overburden will be stripped and stockpiled prior to the excavation of the sand and <br />gravel. This material will be used in the reclamation process. The average depth of topsoil and <br />overburden is 4.5 feet.
