III III'll'IIIIIIIII Doc Date:1211112001 <br />sss <br /> <br />S~~t, 2.05.3(31 Mine Facilities li <br />There are no e~sting structures within the permit area other than the access road leading <br />to the windmill and pipeline branching off the road leading to the windmill and pipe line <br />branching off the road leading to the TV towers, and the access road passing through the <br />site of the ruins of the old Engleville School to Section 30. The road leading to the <br />windmill will be terminated by the topsoil storage which will be located east of the windmill. <br />The other road will be used as an access/haul road for the mining operation, and already <br />leads into the Phase 1 mine azea. The Phase 2 mine operation will be served by a low level <br />crossing of Engleville Gulch at the South end of the pit as described in Rule 2.05.3( 1)&(2), <br />pp.9. All coal will be hauled to the crusher by this route. <br />A road will not be constructed to the sediment pond as it is not needed. If equipment is <br />needed to remove sediments, or for repairs, it can access astride the ditch draining into the <br />pond. <br />Runoff from disturbed azeas will be controlled by ditches and sediment ponds, see Exhibit <br />• KK, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Division. A complete discussion <br />of these facilities, and specifications is presented in Rule 2.05.3(4). <br />A 40 x 70 ft. quonset type building will be erected at the site shown on exhibit KK. The <br />small o~dized coal stockpile will be constructed using a base taken from the Guadanoli <br />waste pile located adjacently. The main coal stockpile is to be built on top of old concrete <br />foundations, and may have a cement foundation.
