3.5 Mule Deer Imnact Evaluation <br />In addition to habitat loss evaluation/mitigation, WRN will note velr`icle/deer <br />collisions resulting from employees, vendors and subcontractors. Notice will be <br />posted to notify all employees, vendors and subcontractors to report deer <br />collisions and location. <br />Poaching will be reported to the appropriate authority. Car pooling to reduce <br />poaching and vehicle traffic will be encouraged. Hunting will be discouraged <br />near the mine site by limiting access. Deer proof fencing of the evaporation <br />ponds are provide to eliminate entrapment. <br />Summary of Reporting Requirements <br />WRN will report all non-compliance issues within 24 hours. Significant <br />hydrology changes are to be reported within five days. Notice of intent to <br />abandon production wells is to be provided 15 days prior to planned activity. <br />Routine process and environmental data will be provided in a monthly report. <br />Quarterly hydrology summary reports will be provided. An annual summary <br />report will provide information on past years activities and planned activities for <br />the forthcoming year. <br />43 <br />
