3.1 Scone <br />All disturbed areas will be mapped and acreage reported in the annual report. <br />Habitat losses will be the basis for formulating habitat enhancement measures <br />deemed appropriate in offsetting short term habitat losses. <br />3.2 t'v <br />Utilize reported habitat loss acreage to implement measures for habitat <br />enhancement at approxnnate 5-year intervals through mine life. The BLM and <br />Division of Wildlife (CI)OW) in cooperation with WRN will evaluate habitat <br />losses and formulate hat>itat enhancement measures. <br />3.3 Experimental Design <br />Habitat loss will be documented in the annual report due February 1 of each <br />year. Habitat loss will be identified by the extent and increments of disturbance, <br />alteration stage, i.e. planned, active, and revegetated. <br />3.4 Method of AnalXsis <br />Maps of habitat losses will be of a scale (i.e. 1:200) sufficient to identify all <br />disturbed areas. The amoral report will summarize past, current and planned <br />disturbance. Based on the annual information, WRN will implement or <br />cooperate with the BLM/CDOW on habitat enhancement measures. <br />42 <br />
