The applicant has submitted an application to the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology ("DMG") for approval, and DMG responded with a January 21 letter <br />titled "Adequacy Review Comments-MMRR Quatry, Regular 112 Application Class: Permit <br />File No. M-2004-067."
