MINING PLAN • III IIIIIIiIIIIII'll • EXHIBIT D (coot) <br />Picture 1 -This picture was taken from the northeast comer of the terrace looking west. <br />The break between the irrigated land and the hillside immediately west of the Feld is quite evident. <br />The middle ground shows the dried grasses of the irrigated field. The foreground shows a gully that <br />cannot be irrigated at this time due to the terrain. After gravel mining, the ground level will be <br />reduced by 40 feet and this gully will be eliminated, which will allow it to be irrigated after mining, <br />thereby significantly improving the land use in this area. Map Exhibit C shows a few other gullies <br />on the east side of the property that can be improved in this way. <br />10 <br />
