EXHIBIT A <br />A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/.NE'/<) of <br />Section 29, Township 40 North, Range 4 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Rio <br />Grande County, Colorado, more particulazly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of the following described tract as monumented by a <br />24 inch long rebaz pin with an attached plastic cap set by PLS No. 22583 from which <br />the Northeast Corner of said Section 29 bears N 78° 13'33" E a distance of 689.89 feet; <br />thence S 31 °48' 17" E a distance of 683.53 feet; thence S 54°03' 14" W a distance of <br />69.31 feet; thence S 43°00'20" W a distance of 84.98 feet; thence S 53°40' 12" W a <br />distance of 129.94 feet; thence S 54°51'50" W a distance of 117.76 feet; thence <br />S 44°41'00" W a distance of 198.88 feet; thence S 29°51'26" W a distance of 104.41 <br />feet to the southwest comer of the parcel herein described; thence N 13°07'29" W a <br />distance of 838.79 feet to the northwest comer of the pazcel herein described; thence <br />N 56°11'31" E a distance of 484.58 feet to the True Point of Beginning, containing 9.89 <br />acres, more or less.
