EXHIBIT B <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The predominant soil types at the site aze the Derrick Cobbly loam, a well drained soil 10 <br />to 20 inches deep over gravel and cobbles and the Graypoint Gravelly Sandy Loam, a <br />deep well-drained soil on broad alluvial fans and terraces with an approximate elevation <br />of 8100 feet (NAVD29). For reference see the attached information provided by the <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). This site has been actively farmed and <br />is currently irrigated alfalfa crop land and pasture. <br />There aze no manmade structures on the site; however, there is a small gravel pit that will <br />be within the bounds of this tract. <br />The site is basically a very flat lying site sloping gently to the south. <br />There will not be any water dischazge from this pit. <br />
