In Exhibit C, the applicant states that the mining and processing operations wi]t be designed <br />to manage storm runoff. Please inform the Division how mining operations will be operated <br />to manage the storm water runoff. <br />6. Please provide the Division a general location map of the proposed operation. The vicinity <br />Wrap on Exhibit C & Exhibit E does not adequately show how to access the site from any <br />major roads or towns in the county. <br />7. The Vicinity Map depicts a pipeline running northeast of the Red Wash Gravel Pit. Please <br />inform the Division the distance between the affected boundary of the pit and the pipeline. If <br />the pipeline is within 200 feet of the affected land, the requirements of Rule 6.3.12 will need <br />to be addressed. <br />Please be advised that the Red Wash Gravel Pit New Application may be deemed inadequate and <br />the application may be denied on May 17, 1999 unless the above mentioned adequacy review <br />items aze addressed to the satisfaction of the Division.
