Energy Fuels' operations consist of a complex <br />of three mines known as Energy Mines 1, 2, and 3, and an <br />underground operation known as the Middle Creek Mine. <br />All of Energy Fuels' operations are covered by Extraction <br />and Development Permit Number 76-16 issued by the Colorado <br />• Mined Land Reclamation Board ("NLRB").
