<br /> <br />EXHIBIT E: <br />1) The soil conservation service recommendations are what we plan to use <br />to reclaim this site. Your suggestions will be incooperated as deemed <br />necessary. <br />EXHIBIT G• <br />1) No water is to be utilized for dust control. To date the 'lealth Department <br />has never had a complaint regarding fugitive dust created by this site, <br />and according to then, that is the determining factor in this area for <br />inforcing some means of dust control measures. <br />EXHIBIT H: <br />1) I have contacted the Division of SJildlife for their statement which should <br />be forthcomming. <br />F.X HTRTT To <br />1) The large majority of soil that is being brought in is topsoil from the <br />Rocky Ford loam region which is excellant topsoil and well suited to the <br />Soil Conservation Service's fertilizer recorv~endations. For any further <br />information please contact the Soil Conservation Service. <br />EXHIBIT L: <br />1) It is felt by my Board that reclamation costs have been sufficiently covered <br />in our original application. <br />Should you require any further comments regarding the fugitive dust problem please <br />contact our Health Department which has been in contact with the State Department of <br />Health on this matter.
