During the time of the inspection, no active mining or milling was occurring at the American <br />Tunnel site. Only wastewater treatment and reclamation activities were occurring at the site. <br />10. Gold King Mines keeps the permit documentation and records for the American Tunnel facility <br />at the Gold King Mines main office at 2201 County Road 2, Silverton, Colorado. <br />Attached to this letter you will find a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
