<br />C~ <br />Plant competition delays natural regeneration but does not prevent the <br />eventual development of a fully stocked, normal stand of trees. The high <br />content of rock fragments can make the planting of seedlings difficult. The <br />planting techniques used and local variation in climate greatly influence <br />seedling survival. <br />This unit is poorly suited to homesite development. The main limitations <br />are steepness of slope and shallow depth to bedrock. <br />This map unit is in capability subclass VIIe, nonirrigated.
