I need to rise <br />in support of this bill. Some of you may recall my ah. <br />famous "gas light bill" which (ha-ha) restrict..restricted <br />gas lights to historical places. Well, if we pass this bill <br />now we'll have some place to put the gas lights. I hope you <br />vote for the bill." <br />
