The applicant will use the data collected from the monitoring wells to determine baseline <br />groundwater levels. The groundwater levels used will correlate with baseline groundwater levels <br />determined for that same time of year, i.e. fall-fall, spring, spring. <br />The 15-acre portion of pod 6 will be reclaimed to a pond. <br />The Reclamation Plan Map specifies the number, size and general location of the trees and shrubs <br />to be planted. The applicant will commit to no exposure of groundwater at the site until they have provided <br />written evidence of approval of all necessary plans and permits as required by the Office of the <br />State Engineer. <br />10. The Zweck <br />and Turner, Pella, and Halter's Meadow aze very senior water rights that will be available during <br />the irrigation season.
