<br /> <br />Road access will be onto Durant Gulch Road. <br />Less than 70,000 tons of material will be remove per <br />year. It is expected that the nit life will be apnro imate- <br />ly 10 years. <br />About 5 acres of stockpile site will be affected <br />Gravel stripping and overburden stockpile will involy about <br />4.5 acres. <br />Hours of operation will normally be between 6:OO~A.M. to <br />7:00 P.M. Soecial situations may require extended op ration. <br />Reclamation will be in two Darts. The plan£ and stock- <br />pile site will be scarified by rinsing. The stocknil d over- <br />burden will be placed over the site and seeded with p sture <br />grasses. <br />The excavation area will have the overburden bro ght from <br />the upper stockpile and placed at a depth of one Eoot over the <br />back slope and pit floor. The backslope will be ripp d hori- <br />zontally to leave "mini benches". The slope and floo will be <br />seeded with dryland grass mixture. <br />Traffic will be on an intermittent basis.
