• CXIIIUIT E <br /> RECLAh1ATI0N PLAN <br />The road surface materials vrill be pushed into piles, with a D-8 <br />caterpillar and will then be screened with a Coleman screener. <br />The materials will either be loaded into dump trucks or stock- <br />piled. The mining will begin at the westernmost boundary and <br />proceed easterly until all materials are removed from the site. <br />The mined area will be leveled when all road base material is <br />removed. The area after mining, will be relatively flat, as min- <br />ing will take place only to a depth of ten (10') feet. The higlr- <br />walls, as a result of the removal of the. ten (10') feet, will be <br />sloped to, no greater than, 2:1.
