Phone conversation with Jim Harris <br />(Colorado Division of Wildlife) indicate that na additional study (other than <br />that already proposed in my December 16 letter) will be required as originally <br />thought. This is because no disturbance of any critical sage grouse habitat is <br />anticipated (please see the enclosed letter from Jim Morris). Therefore, no <br />additional meetings will be required at this time.
