These studies will provide baseline data
for the expansion in the Foidel Creek Mine. You stated that some of the
study plans, particularly tnose far the sage grouse nave not Deen fully
developed. A meeting will be scheduled to finalize the study plans.
The Division has also received the 1983 annual progress report for the
elk calving behavior study. This is an extended study and quite a bit of
data has been collected thus far. As we discussed on the phone I would
like to meet with you and representatives of the Division of Wildlife to
talk about the status of the study thus far and the future plans.
Thank you for sending the results df the November 16, 1983 Meeting on the
Twentymile Park oaseline studies. I would appreciate it if you would
contact me for any meetings and updated on any changes in the study plan.
Sincerely,
Sandra L.
