Dear Mr. Dillon:
The application for a t4ining and Reclamation Permit for this operat-on was
deemed complete on February 6, 1987. Your application has been sch duled for
consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on February 26, 1 87.
Before your application can be considered by the Board, you must co plete the
following notice requirements:
° publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof
of the notice to us;
° mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surf ce rights
of affected land and immediately adjacent land and provid proof of
the mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Reques ed, to us;
and,
° place a copy of this application for public review, less
confidential items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. ny
subsequent changes or additions you make to the applicati ns on file
in our office must also be made in this local government opy.
I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet
the requirements of Act and Regulations. The enclosed list details items that
need clarification before the application will satisfy the applicab e
requirements. Please provide a response to each item prior to
February 19, 1987.
If you are unable to fully respond to this letter, providing all re wired
information prior to the scheduled board consideration date, pleas contact me
requesting continuance of Board consideration to a later date.
