~agE , <br />_...~ <br />~s <br />• EXHIBIT E - RECLAMATION PLAN <br />The reclamation will take place upon completion of the <br />mining operation. The reclaimed pit area will revert <br />back to rangeland. <br />The back slopes will be no steeper than 2:1. The over- <br />burden removed and stockpiled will be placed over the <br />mined area, then it will be seeded. The seeding will <br />cover all of the disturbed areas in the affected per- <br />mitted area. <br />Seeding - See submitted report from landscape architect. <br />Fertilization - See submitted report from landscape <br />architect. <br />• <br />Topsoil - Topsoil that is removed and stockpiled, (the <br />top 6"), is to be replaced soon after completion of the <br />mining operation to avoid deterioration. It will be <br />free of any contamination by other acid or toxic materials <br />so that it may be in a useable condition for sustaining <br />vegetation when restored during reclamation. The topsoil <br />will be placed evenly over the affected areas. This is a <br />curecanti soil very cobbly loam with some large rocks <br />6" to 10" in size. <br />This pit Nill be operated by Mr. Goemmer as xell as <br />being located within an area used for pasturing his cattle. <br />It is to his advantage to rPC]aim as outlined for the best <br />use of his property; th s, he requests surety or bond he deemed <br />1y~ arv, ~ ) <br />• <br />
