Page 107 <br />Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rule 6 <br />RULE 6: <br />6.1 <br />6.2 <br />PERMIT APPLICATION EXHIBIT REQUIREMENTS <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC OPERATIONS <br />6.1.1 General Provisions <br />This Rule provides for the specification of Exhibits required to be submitted along <br />with each type of Permit application. <br />6.1.2 110 or 110d Limited Impact and 112 or 112d Reclamation Operations <br />These operations shall provide all the Exhibits, as described in Sections 6.3 and 6.4, <br />as applicable to the operation type. However, such operations may also be required <br />to comply with Sections 6.5 (Geotechnical Stability Exhibit) and 7.3 (Environmental <br />Protection Facilities -Design and Construction Requirements) on a case-by-case <br />basis. Where such compliance may be required, such operations shall not be <br />Designated Mining Operations nor be required to submit an Environmental Protection <br />Plan, however, the provisions of Sections 6.5 and 7.3, required to be submitted, shall <br />be incorporated into the operation's Permit as enforceable Permit conditions. <br />6.1.3 Reserved <br />6.1.4 Requirements for All Designated Mining Operations <br />In addition to all other required Exhibits, as described in Sections 6.3 and 6.4, all <br />Designated Mining Operations shall also provide anExhibit T -Environmental <br />Protection Plan pursuant to Rule 6.4.20. Exhibit T may be modified as provided in <br />Subsection 7.2.5 <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF EXHIBITS <br />6.2.1 General Requirements <br />(1) This Rule provides for the guidelines for, and information requirements <br />of, each Exhibit required to be submitted with the permit application, as specified <br />according to Section 6.1. <br />ttz (2) Maps and Exhibits <br />Maps, except the index map, must conform to the following criteria: <br />
