Page 118 <br />Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rule 6 <br />mining and reclamation activities, as proposed, will have "no negative effect" <br />on their utility. <br />6.4 SPECIFIC EXHIBIT REQUIREMENTS - 112 RECLAMATION OPERATION <br />AND 112d DESIGNATED MINING OPERATIONS <br />tt2(2)(a)6.4.1 EXHIBIT A - Leeal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adequate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes and bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range and section to at least the neazest quarter <br />quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot numbers may be used. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B -Index Mau <br />An index map showing the regional location of the affected land and all roads and <br />other access to the azea. A standard U.S. Geological Survey topographic quadrangle <br />or equivalent is acceptable. Scale criteria need not be followed for this map. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Minine Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />One or more maps may be necessary to legibly portray the following information: <br />tt2(a)(~) (a) all immediately adjoining surface owners of record; <br />t t 2(a)(e) (b) the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, ot7 and gas <br />wells and lines, and power and communication lines on the azea of affected <br />land and within two hundred (200) feet of all boundaries of such azea; <br />112(4)(8) ~ (C) the existing topography of the azea with contour lines of <br />sufficient detat7 to portray the direction and rate of slope of the affected land; <br />u2(a)(t) (d) the total azea to be involved in the operation, including the area <br />to be mined and the area of affected lands (see definition of "Affected Land"); <br />tt2(a)(~) (e) the type of present vegetation covering the affected lands; and <br />(f) in conjunction with Exhibit G -Water Information, Subsection <br />6.4.7, if required by the Office, further water resources information will be <br />presented on a map in this section. <br />
