Seeding will be accomplished during <br /> the first two weeks in July or during Oc tober and November, <br /> whichever period will result in the leas t delay for obtaining <br />' <br /> vegetative cover. <br />Commercial fertilizer will be broadcast at the rate of <br />30-40 pounds of available nitrogen per acre at seeding and <br />' again after plants reach a height of 2-3 inches. In the event <br />that weedy species dominate the vegetative cover, selective <br />1 herbicides will be applied. Noxious weeds will be controlled <br />' in any case. <br />The following seeding mixture of improved plant species <br />' will be planted on the floor of the depressed areas. <br />' E-2 <br /> <br />
