The depth of
overburden will be approximately three to six feet deep and the final grade will promote natural drainage
and control erosion on the site. The overburden will be handled in such a manner as to prevent any
release of pollutants.
6.3.4.1 (b) C~~ (eC-I~d 3~1y ~0'1- C'~1
3: (.
The final maximum gradient of the reclaimed slopes will not exceed~(1 (horizontal to vertical ratio).
6.3.4.1 (c) (i)
It is anticipated that the thickness of replaced plant growth medium will be a minimum of 12-15 inches
in depth.
6.3.4.1 (c) (ii)
The reclamation will follow the guidelines provided by the NRCS (Soil Conservation) and USDA.
The applicant proposes mining one acre of gravel at a time to reduce the amount of disturbance to the
site as possible.
