15. 6.3.7 EXI-IIBIT G -SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT-TO-ENTER
All lands affected by this reclamation permit application are National Forest lands under the
jurisdiction of the Department of Agricuhure and are open to mineral location under the mining Laws
of 1872. The mining sites and for which this application is being submitted are located as previously
listed on the Smoky Hawk, Ells Horn, Blue Smoky, Wolf Fang, and Qui-Buc No. 2 claims only. The
Glacier Peak Musing index maps show all Glacier Peak claims as information to the State of Colorado
Division of Minerals and Geology and as useful public information. No mining is proposed for Qui-
Buc No. 3, Qui-Buc No. 8, and the Cut Dog cleans and these claims are not being permitted under this
application. Private property exists in the northeast corner of Qui-Buc No. 8; however, no access nor
right to enter this private pmperiy is being sought as this claim is not part of this permit application.
We intend never to mine in this area and Dave informed the land owners, Michael and Connie Stanton
of this decision.
