The holding time in the pond is about lb hours. <br />Therefore, it is expected that any chlorine remaining in the mine <br />water will dissipate before being discharged. State Sampling: There are no state sampling results available for <br />this facility. <br />B. Compliance with Terms and Conditions of Previous Permit <br />A review of the information available to the Division has shown no <br />compliance problems with the previous permit. <br />
