Once a data base is established for this point. (i.e., a <br />minimum of twelve sample results), if compliauce with the permit <br />limits is demonstrated, the permittee may request a reduction Sn <br />monitoring frequency. <br />2. Reporting: Somerset Mining must submit a Discharge Monitoring <br />Report DMR) on a quarterly basls to the Division. This report <br />should contain the required summarization of the test results for <br />parameters shown in Tables VI-4 and VI-5 and Part I.B.1 of the <br />permit. See the permit, Part I.B for details on such submission. <br />3. Additional Monitoring and Reporting: At the time of permit <br />renewal, there was no effluent available for sampling. Therefore, <br />in order to determine the general quality of water discharged at <br />this facility, the permittee shall be required to perform a <br />one-time sampling at 011 for the list of parameters as contained in <br />the renewal application, and for Total Residual Chlorine (see <br />IV.B), as listed in Part I.B.11 of the permit. <br />C. Additional Terms and Conditions <br />1. Materials Containment Plan: On December 11, 1985, the permittee <br />submitted an engineered spill plan. An update to the plan is <br />required to be filed xithin 90 days of the permit effective date, <br />detailing all changes which have occurred since the original <br />submittal. For specific requirements, refer to Part I.E of the <br />permit. <br />
