6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs <br />3. Per Rule 6.4.12(1), please provide the following information necessary to calculate a <br />reclamation cost for a maximum disturbance of 20 acres: <br />maximum pit depth and number of linear feet or acreage of pit excavation <br />volume of stockpiled overburden materials and distance from pit excavation <br />volume of stockpiled topsoil materials and distance from pit excavation (6" cover specified) <br />volume of any other plant growth materials on-site and distance from pit excavation <br />acreage of plant, stockpile, and processing area <br />acreage to be re-vegetated <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before August 17, 2007 to allow adequate <br />time for review before the September 19, 2007 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and <br />additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and <br />Recorder.
