The decision date for your application is scheduled for September 19, 2007. <br />Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before August 17, 2007. (Your <br />response should include two (2) copies). Any public comments that we receive on your <br />application during the interim will be forwarded to you. Please be advised that your application <br />maybe deemed inadequate and may be denied on September 19, 2007 unless the following <br />adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands & <br />6.4.6 EXHBIT F -Reclamation Plan Maa <br />Per Rule 6.2.1(2), please revise the Exhibit C & F maps to conform to the following criteria: <br />(a} show the name of the Applicant <br />(b) must be prepazed and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other <br />qualified person. <br />(c) give date prepared. <br />(d) identify and outline the 20.03 acre permit boundary. <br />(e) Prepare at a scale not larger than 1" = 50' nor smaller than 1" = 660'. <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan <br />2.
