This was consistent with results noted during field
inspections. Dry conditions continued during the period.
Permit COG-0000906 4th quarter 2000
The report for COG-0000906 indicates one discharge from outfall 007 during the 4'h
quarter. Two questions result following review.
1. Why is the notation NA listed for the suspended solids parameter? Only with
burden of proof can the suspended solids limitation be waived. No burden of
proof was submitted. Please explain.
2. In the frequency of analysis column, 1/1 is listed for each parameter. According
to the instructions, the values in this column should reflect the required sampling
frequency for each parameter, i.e. 1/7 for one day per week, 1/30 for one day per
month, etc. DMR's from past quarters (3`d quarter 1999) indicate proper
completion of information in this column. Please explain.
Please respond to the above questions within 30 days of receipt. If you have questions,
please call me.
Sinc rely ~~
7 ~~
ent A.
